Air Australia is the third major full-service airline in the country, founded in 2016 to compete with Qantas and Virgin Australia. Operating a fleet of E195s, Boeing 767-300ERs, and (after 2017) Airbus A321neos, it flies from hubs at Perth, Melbourne, and Adelaide to many domestic destinations, as well as cities in New Zealand, Oceania, the Pacific Islands, Asia, and the Middle East.

This doesn't exactly scream “full service” to me. The patterning is unique, but aside from the kangaroos, it's the only design element present and it's ubiquitous. Full-service airlines today try to increase their brand prestige by ensuring they don't look “cheap” or “tacky” in a sense: few but tasteful colours, a meaningful, refreshing, and sensible logo, few but modern design elements, and an attention to detail. Air Australia needs that dearly: you could take the patterning and make a logo out of that, considering that we have enough kangaroo Australian airlines already.
My issue with this is how complex it is. I originally thought that the pattern was yellow and grey rings, then I realized it’s actually yellow, red, and black. This perception comes from the size of the image, and it’s not un-imagineable that the same effect would apply to this livery if it was real. It kind of makes me queasy. Don’t get me wrong, I generally love complex liveries, but this is too much in my opinion.
