MD-80 | N480JW

Jetway has operated DC-9 Series aircraft since its founding in the late 80's, including the MD-80, which happened to be the first type the aircraft operated. The MD-80 is solely responsible for the early success of the airline, carrying millions across the western United States, and aiding in the expansion and efforts put forth in times of need. Today, Jetway still operates a small fleet of MD-80 aircraft, although it's been revealed that they're to be phased out by 2019. The replacement aircraft is still unclear. All MD-80's in Jetway's fleet carry strictly economy-class, supplementing the other aircraft in the fleet on high-density routes. The MD-80 truly is an icon of Jetway, and will continue to be loved by staff and enthusiasts for the rest of their service.

Thanks for the feedback! More coming soon!
