Sociedad Anónima Transportes Aéreos de Guatemala or also known as SATAG was an
airline based in Guatemala established in 1929. In 1961 SATAG acquired Convair CV-440
Metropolitans to replace the DC-3. The airline also operated the Hawker Siddeley HS748.
In 1974 the airline introduced jet aircraft with the 727-100. The airline went bankrupt in 1989.
