Linhas Aéreas Brasileiro 787-9 (2017 Revival Livery)

Early this year AeroRio Group announced it was to discontinue the Brasileiro brand on its own flights as the historic name would be used on a new international airline owned by the group but separate to low cost carrier AeroRio, the new airline was to focus on the full service market and develop its international presence with all new Boeing 787s as the centrepiece of its fleet, the airline is also looking at the 777 and A330 for further expansion.

AeroRio transferred 8 737 next gens over to the new airline based at Rio de Janeiro Galeao painted in the new colours for the airline. AeroRio plans to restore the airline to its former place as the finest airline in Brazil. The original Brasileiro was one of the greatest airlines in the world in the 60s and 70s but faced severe decline in the 80s and by 1996 it entered bankruptcy and collapsed.

The 'new' Brasileiro intent on expanding its worldwide connections became the newest member of Dynasty World Alliance and connects its partners with its growing network within Latin America and internationally.

    This is awesome!

    Well that's rather nice.

    I'm dried out.

Very nice, but my only problem is that you used the Australian Southern Cross instead of the Brazilian Cruizeiro do Sul.

Yeah. Meant the stars themselves. Love the concept, the colours and the Cruzeiro and Painair references. The 7 point star is the Commonwealth Star, which stands for the Australian provinces, compared to the normal 5 point stars used elsewhere. It makes it look like a throwback to Ansett Australia.
