"Air Africa Cargo McDonnell Douglas DC-8-73(F)"
Air Africa is an airline based in Lagos, Nigeria founded in 1961. It was intended to serve the
domestic market of Nigeria with pan-African ambitions. In the mid 80's the airline introduced a
cargo division with the converted DC-8-73 freighter among its fleet. The airline folded in 1997
but was reestablished as Air Africa International with subsidiaries in Gabon and Cameroon.
