I used the Fabric colour, not the digital colour, which is Hex=#77353D.

Anyway, genuinely curios here, what do you mean by fabric color? I've see the Latvian flag fly and I always thought it was a bit brighter.

Some countries have official guidelines of what the colour of the flags must be, some are digital colour guidelines and some are which colour the fabric of the flag must be, and they can be different for digital and fabric, one of them is Latvia. On the tail the layers overlap so make the shade darker and darker so it creates a visual effect that people may not like.
