Known as Flagship Adelaide, this particular example was the first ever MD-11F delivered to Envoy Logistics (Ln: 021) and served Envoy for nearly 16 years, before it was written off in a landing accident at Newark's Liberty International Airport. Fortunately, all on board made a sucessful evacuation before the jet was destroyed.
